Looks like a gerber Mp400 or 600, I don’t know the warranty process for Gerber but maybe they would help you out
It’s an MP600. I’ve got hundreds of parts for those things in my shop. If you want to pay for shipping, I’ll send you a replacement part.

That’s an MP 600 (No slits/cutouts in the handles; large pliers head). Take MyFiteSong’s word, send it to Gerber to refurbish through its warranty program, find a donors tool to cannibalize from your local craiglist, FBM, or E’Bay; or reprofile the tip by filing and/or grinding.
Great tool, as it appears to have the drop point knife with nail cutout!👍
