IMO – if you want the best exacto knife here, get the Milwaukee.

With that said, they are all really good. The Milwaukee just feels the strongest built, has a great clip and is very well priced.

    Exceed Designs V3
    Gerber Prybrid
    Milwaukee 1505

None of them. Those aren’t exacto knives, those are utility knives.

The best utility knife pictured there is the Milwaukee.

I have the tyrant and love it. I have carried one daily for 2+years@ lost my first one and had to buy a second loved it so much I couldn’t go without. I cut 100+ boxes down a day and I have yet to have an issue with the blade coming out of the knife, which was my main reason for my initial purchase as I have had that complaint about most hardware store utility knives. Customer service was great in my experience also, I broke my pocket clip and requested a replacement and received 2 free of charge didn’t even ask for shipping charges! I can’t recommend it highly enough just get one you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve had an older version of that Milwaukee and the blade came out multiple times. Straight up dangerous.

I edc the Gerber prybrid. Main complaint is the lack of a pocket clip so it tends to tear up pockets. Had to jack a sheath from another gerber to avoid all that.
The best one has gotta be the fastback though

Check out Gil-tel Ruk. I have the P model and aluminum and I love them. Super simple and easy to carry.

  7. milwaukee all day. i don’t like the fancy titanium ones

I have always hated this style of knife… I have at least 10 of them in a tool box unused.

For me the Olfa is the superior knife. The kind with the snap off razor blades. I love those knives and I own probably close to 50 of them right now. I keep them in the car, house, shop, work, tool boxes… everywhere lol

The Milwaukee, because a utility knife like that should be replaceable

Hate them all, don’t like replacing razor blades all the time, but the button lock on the Milwaukee is fantastic if you’re working in gloves

Yo I got a couple different gen fastbacks. Such a fun fidget toy.

  12. Hate all of those, I stock my shop with them for all the guys to have and they get the thin husky ones that are metal and have been around for 30 years. One guy brought his own in and it’s a fiskar and that one is one of the nicer ones I’ve used.

I just got that Milwaukee for my tool bag.

    I prefer my Prybrid X.

I’d welcome more designs that used #11’s and didn’t require tools or screws to change blades

  15. ViciousVillainy

Got the Prybrid. Very happy with its cool design and overall ruggedness. Fun to fidget, too.

utility not exacto knives . and they are all okay .

  17. MaTuLoPDX

All the Milwaukee Fastbacks are good, superior quality razors as well. I always got that thang on me.

  18. Fastback > All other utility knives I’ve used. When I worked property maintenance I would EDC two fastbacks, one with the screwdriver and the other would be my “weird utility blade” (e.g carpet blade, drywall hook) and blade storage. never let me down.

My exceed designs just broke. Loved that knife

I have the gerber. Locking mechanism failed, resulting losing a lot of blades/eventually losing it in a drawer🤷🏽‍♂️
