Yes, basically unbeatable value for the price. I bought one as a whim, wanted a cheaper multi tool for ‘dirty work’ (was doing lot of building/digging last year). I’ve used pretty heavily for 9 months and battered it and its still going strong.
Its stainless so doesn’t rust unlike similarly priced tools and basically pretty close a Leatherman Wave in size and toolset. I’ve found all the tools useful, Blades are excellent, clever design to get a small Philips within the larger.
The only problem I had is with the scissors. They are a basic tension spring, they work ok but the spring has a tendency to slip off as its too tense, on the 2nd pair I bought as a gift for someone apparently that happens all the time (they weren’t too bothered and loved the rest of the tool, he was going to try and bend the spring unsure if he managed that).
