That is not a wallet from the looks of it, although they can be used as one if you trust it. Go on amazon and look up leather multitool sheaths. You’ll get similar stuff
Looks like a Tale of Knives product. Not necessarily a wallet. Looks like that one carries a flashlight, pen and multi-tool.
