Probably a slightly more bulky loadout than most concealed edcs, but when it boils down to trust after many years of use, I wouldn’t keep anything else on me.

Anything further such as a flashlight, med kit, fire extinguisher, tools, etc are kept in the house and car. If I’m away from either I’ll stuff a chest seal and tourniquet in my pocket.
