For me it's a power bank. Not sexy at all, but I realized it quietly became the thing I grab every single day without thinking.
20K W/ built-in USB-C cable gets me through a full weekend trip without hunting for outlets. Probably the least interesting thing I carry and the one I'd miss the most.

Depends what one calls boring.
Either case, it’s between my NAA or SOG MacV tool.
Most boring? Probably a microfiber glass cleaning cloth. Roughly 4×6″, folds up to 1/6th of that, slips in a little plastic envelope that came with it, drops into my back pocket and completely disappears. But it’s always there when I need it.
You did say boring.
