I told Amazon it's supposed to be 8cr13mov, but it's 8cr14mov. I assumed it was fake, they refunded.
I asked cold steel if it was a fake, sent pics, some person in India answered saying they'd replace it at no cost.
The replacement is the same steel lol. Have I innocently swindled two companies? I now have two of these, both free, but I'm thinking neither are fake, would you agree?

If cold steel supplied an identical knife, yep, seems the specs changed and they didn’t update the website.
