Hello need help find driver for quad UV leds ,prefer single cell driver and be able to max out the leds ,i dont mind use 4 paraller pcb or 2s2p pcb

There is no reason for quad uv.
That looks expensive! I’d try a 6V5A boost and 2S2P configuration. Since it’s not 1.4A per emitter you won’t hit Vf of 8V and the driver should *probably* be able to deliver the voltage you need without modification.
If not, you’ll have to resistor mod it, and then someone smarter than me will have to help you.
