As of writing this I’ve been daily carrying this knife for about a year and I’m at work and on the clock. My boss (wanting to show off) just flaunted his new and shiny $300 custom bench made bug out and after letting him play with mine for a few minutes he agreed to supply them to all of my co workers. I work in natural disaster related property restoration (more on the demolition side) I’m always traveling in a truck loaded with an arsenal of tools more valuable than the truck itself and believe me I’d trade any one of them for this knife in a heart beat. So I wanted to write about my experiences and show how well this knife has held up over the years and trust me I use it almost all day, every day. At the time of writing this knife retails for $22-$26 on Amazon and I strongly urge getting your hands on one before they raise the price. Although if you plan on working with it as much as I do make sure to tighten the thumb screw every once in a while or you will find yourself buying the $5 replacement from the oknife website (I’m on number 2.)

Ps. As someone whose whole job basically revolves around razor blades (scoring carpet and often cutting through to concrete on the other side, and scoring porous sheet rock as well as lvp flooring) this knife wouldn’t be complete without the right blade and I seriously think I’m lenox blades #1 customer. Specifically the lenox bimetal gold blades will blow you away.

  3. This is a great knife at an awesome price. I just wish the handle was slightly larger. My hands are small but i still find that they can get real close to the exposed blade.

I just picked up a Kizer UTI Bear 1 and it solves the issue for me.

Utility blade knives are great. I haven’t carried a regular blade in years. Screwpop is my daily carry (office job), Milwaukee Fastback 1505 is my off time carry. I have a few others that have rotated out of carrying but still handy stashed in various places. I have a Gerber EAB that hasn’t seen much use, not a fan of the screw retention.

  6. Made this my standard utility knife with V-Rex II blades. I have the model with the screwdriver bit. The blade changing process with included tool I very annoying though.
