Penlight recs

Hello!

My daily driver is starting to get a little on the fritz in the button and I'm after any potential recommendations that will fill a similar niche.

Must have high CRI, be penlight sized or just a bit bigger, and preferably nothing higher than 4000k.

This one has inbuilt USBC charging which I would really like, but can make accommodations.

Gets used daily in a mechanics workshop and is on my person all day so not too heavy would be good. Must have a pocket clip

This has a laser but really not a requirement just a bonus.
