Blade popped and cracked at thumb studs while disassembled and performing light cleaning.
Submitted warranty claim and mailed in on April 4th. Receive replacement laser etched blade on April 16th. Also submitted a parts request at the same time for a new clip with was received today April 22nd.
Kershaw warranty team was very responsive to communications and reassuring. Cost to me for the Knife of Theseus was approx $15 for round trip shipping (no cost for clip). Stress free quick easy great overall experience, would happily have my knife break on me again.

Kershaw is on it with their warranty. I’ve had to use it on a shun and a leek in the past. Never had a problem! Congratulations on your new knife! I used to sell their knives, the rep used to joke that you could just snap blades instead of sharpening 🤣
That’s great to hear! I had an issue some years back and Kai/ZT warranty and customer service were able to resolve it as well. They stand behind their product and offer great customer service.
