My brightness gets lower and seems to be dying after only a few short uses , Could it be the batteries i’m using or it’s just a hit or miss with these lights ?

Use 16650 li-ion battery from like Sanyo or Keeppower. (Keeppower probably as my 6PX Pro had an issue with the sanyo one) Flatter discharge curve. Also if youre using the single mode version its only a brief duration light, especially if youre using CR123 batteries
