This seems like a cheap “gas station” quality stiletto. By cheap, I mean the steel is usually nameless/pretty terrible, and not good for sharpening or daily use. I would recommend looking on BladeHQ for quality stilletos. And don’t worry, I also got a very similar knife to this one when I was starting out.
