Smudges all over the Sk05 pro 2 UV white version, tried to wash it off and they seem like a persistent stain. 1 missing clip screw. Got it brand new and sealed.
Anyone else?
Was excited to receive but pretty bumped out.
Whats my option? Purchased it from taobao authorised seller.

Smudges: It’s a tool, who cares? Missing screw: Go to the local Fastenal or similar and buy a screw for ten cents.
