My new hd10 refuses to turn on. I plugged it in last night to charge and now it’s stuck in this loop. I’ve tried reseating the battery and that didn’t help. What gives?

You appear to be in lockout mode, 3C from off will get you out!
Try a reset by loosening the head a quarter turn and holding the button until after flickering is complete with a full flash
Update: it seems if I loosen the body a mm, it works normally but all the way tight and it stops functioning.
What battery are you using ? The OEM ?
Whoa, I just bought one yesterday and had the same problem. I returned it.

Mine does this every once in a while. I just loosen the tail cap to cut the power.
