Hey all, picked up this little static blade a year ago at a sale cause I thought it was cool. Haven’t tried restoring it, what would be my best option to go about it relatively cost effective? Anyone ever heard of Mora?

steel wool and a thin oil.
I’d brush off the loose rust, then soak the knife up to the wood in Evapo-Rust. Then re-evaluate to see where you are.
