took a stroll to 711 in the middle of the night and found this gem in the grass near the dog park. it was mixed emotions. I felt the person's pain for the loss of such a cool light but at the same time I was stoked that I randomly found a a really cool light. it was insane that it has similar function to the arkpro that I've been listing after but keep not getting for some reason.
