Old Leek (maybe).

I found this knife down in south Tx several years ago when working a project. packed it away and finally decided I want to try and get it restored. 1st step is to figure out a possible brand then navigate any repair policy from said brand.

it is a frame lock assisted opener with a small sliding lock where the blade tip would sit if it wasn't broken. No pocket clip screw holes.

Anyone have a guess? It's probably an inexpensive knife but it has me curious.
