There was information that didn’t post. This SC65c Hi is two months old, and it has stated to turn itself on and off at random. I can click x4 to check battery status and after readout it may turn itself on for about a minute. Other times I can turn it on for the first time and it will turn itself back off after a few seconds.

I would try a reset or try a different group. Are you using G5, 6 or 7? I mostly use G7. But anything mass produced can have an issue.
