first post ever so im sorry if it's not on the correct sub or setup proper. acquired 3 knives recently which all have messed up blades ranging from sorta bad to wtfubar.
curious what the best course of action would be. especially for the zt 0393 . thank you in advance.

Completely ruined
They look like they’ll be fine. Use some 0000 steel wool to take care of the spots and clean them up and get the finish looking a little more uniform. If you use it lightly you won’t leave a scuffed look. As far as the edges, just a little reprofiling/sharpening will get them usable. If you’re interested in really getting into it, something fixed angle like a work sharp precision adjust, or lansky kit would be good starter points, and are easy to use.
The top two look fine just need a proper even sharpening. The bottom looks like it could be a bit thick behind the edge as a lot of material has been removed but theoretically it could be resharpened.
Trash. Send em to me and I’ll dispose of.

If you don’t sharpen then find a reputable knife sharpener. Or ever get the ZT reground and sharpened. Rust wise those spots should come off with a little soapy water and brush or a rust eraser.
