Can anyone point me in the direction for a knife like this?

Just as the title says, the picture is the knife my friend’s grandpa gifted him years ago. Neither him or his grandpa remember where he got it came from so I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction on where I can get a knife like it. Thanks in advance!
