I made this knife in memory of a knife making buddy who passed

I finished this knife the day after learning of the passing of my good knife making friend. I feel like this dark blade represents the sorrow and loss I am feeling. This knife is strong, stout, and razor sharp… just like my friend was. May he rest in peace. 

Steel – 1/4 inch thick acid sand blasted 1084 high carbon 

Handle material – heavy rock textured and sand blasted black GripX
