I have a paramilitary 2 salt in magnacut with the dlc finish. I don’t plan on using it (collector here). I just got some Montana knife company blade wax and wondered what would be best? I know the dlc finish is porous and I don’t want any rust under the coating so I wasn’t sure if wax would even be considered but wanted to double check with yall. Thanks for any info and feedback! 🍻🤙

Either would work
Magnacut is wildly corrosion resistant hence the salt version of the knife and with the addition of the dlc I don’t personally think you need either unless you are neighbors with SpongeBob.
I use a product called Hoplon synthetic blade oil, u can get it from Amazon, I’ve been very impressed with it. U coat ur blade in it, let it sit and soak in for a few minutes, then wipe it off. U probably don’t need it on that knife, but I put that stuff on all my blades just in case.
