I’m trying to swap the default metal button on this convoy s2+ for a lighted switch. I removed the retaining ring and assembly but this metal ring remains. I can’t for the life of me get it out. Any suggestions/tips/tricks? Thanks!

I didn’t know until recently that some of these are reverse threaded, so lefty tighty, righty loosey
