The zl battery distribution system is truly a mystery lol. Some lights seem to ship with them and some don’t and it’s hard to say why lol (eg my sc65 from a couple years back came with one but my h600 didn’t).
But this is the first nimh I’ve seen so maybe they’re trying to intro it across more lines
ETA – I’ve seen the “zebraight” misprint cited as a possible reason, but my sc65 predates that
