Hi everyone,
This is my first ZebraLight, and I’m really impressed with it.
After trying different setups and referencing other users’ configurations, I found the following to be the most practical and intuitive for my use:
Group 6 (Daily Mode)
- 1C: 0.33 or 1.3 lm
- 1H: 4.7 or 13.6 lm
- 2C: 66 or 157 lm
Group 7 (Power Mode)
- 1C: 27.5 or 66 lm
- 1H: 157 or 244 lm
- 2C: 437 or 660 lm
With this setup, I like that I can turn it on in Low with a single click, then cycle through Medium → High → Low in a loop by holding. It feels very efficient in practice. I mostly use Group 6, and rarely touch Group 7. I know ZebraLight has true moonlight levels, but I didn’t include them since I don’t use them much in my typical use cases.
As many have said, it’s impressive that a light not much larger than a 1AA light can run on a 4000mAh battery and can sustain ~157 lm for about 8 hours. That’s genuinely remarkable. The beam profile is well balanced, and the fact that it’s potted also gives me confidence in its durability.
Now I understand why it’s often considered an endgame light.
