By BLCMetalWorks on Etsy, although I'm not sure I recommend the store yet. The two screw holes in the cap (for the clip) are not aligned to the body, I've messaged asking for a new cap to be sent and haven't yet heard back. Also it's come uncapped a couple of times while clipped in my pocket.
