Over the past year I’ve been moving away from digital toward more tactile things.

Apple Watch to Seiko. Notes app to a notebook. Office plastic BICs to my own pen that I carry around everywhere. Metal bottle instead of a Dasani.

It doesn’t have to be fancy, it just has to be mine. I like the comfort of all things interacting with my body and mind are intentional and curated and familiar. Something I actually own (no forced updates on my Seiko) and can rely on (no scratchy nib on my Parker or untimed updates on my MacBook).
