Definitely vintage but not sure of model name. I’ve found an eBay listing for one that sold for $70 https://www.ebay.com/itm/317298171568
Your time frame is correct, made in Solingen, I would estimate the value between 45-90 USD. Model number should be on the other side of the blade.
