I recently ordered a mini case for my key fob. I hate having junk loose in my pockets, but like having bulky objects on my belt even less.
Currently the only loose object in my pockets is a small tin about the size of my current key fob, and my key fob stays in the change pocket of my jeans.
I’m planning to move the smaller fob to my belt so I can use the change pocket for my tin and rid my pockets of loose objects. I’m looking for a pouch that’s as small and thin as possible that will hold the fob and a single Schlage key without printing on my shirt.
I wear 1-1/2” belts and I’m hoping to find something that won’t protrude above or below the belt when the fob is placed horizontally. My go to would be leather, but I also like the idea of a small molded kydex clip. There’s zero requirements that it be easily accessible or removed, as I don’t physically use the fob.
My current idea is just three thin pieces of >100lb velcro riveted or stitched together, as shown in the second picture. It’d work perfectly, it’s probably about as compact as it’s going to get, but I’d honestly like something that looks nicer. I’d also need to add a second layer of velcro or otherwise modify the idea to carry my house key, which I typically leave in my car to keep it out of my pockets but would like to keep on me just in case.
If anyone has any ideas for a pouch, or knows where I can have a custom kydex holster made to my specific personal design, I’d love some suggestions.

For anyone interested it’s a Racecar go brrr! Miniature Key Fob.
I didn’t add it to the post because it was wordy enough, but my one other idea is to add a clip/two clips directly to the fob. However I’m currently waiting on it to arrive and don’t know if the material’s thick enough to add a small T-nut or screw directly into.
If it turns out to be an option I’d like to use a deep carry clip to the fob can be hidden behind my belt with nothing but the clip showing. In that case I have absolutely no idea where to find a quality <1” long deep carry clip.
