Perfect for cutting brocori
There was a complaint about Japanese made steel as far back as 2006, apparently.
Could have been a shitty heat treat and design on legitimate steel too. I own a few 9Cr knives and wouldn’t expect them to break that way.
Why was he ripped apart? Wasn’t their whole talking point a “lifetime warranty”?
Easy fix if you know a welder
