It might be a little difficult to tell, but the blade tip is super close to the frame on the clip side.
I just swapped the scales on my Bel Air, never having really disassembled a knife before. I didn’t even disassemble anything other than the scales and the pivot (in order to remove the scales). Did I somehow knock the pivot out of alignment when I reassembled? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Tighten the pivot a little.
Try to tighten or loosen the pivot. If that fails to adjust it or too tight to open, remove the clip and place that end on a flat surface and push down while tilting slightly to the side and see if it flexes the blade over. Then tighten the frame screws.
When you tightened the scale screws it could have pulled it out of center.
