It's rated 12a discharge but can easily do 20 or more(internal resistance of 14.6mohm). 6.5ah is nice.

Which torch are you using with this battery?
But will it actually have 6500mAh when outputting 20A? Probably not
And it will wear out much faster if you discharge it above the rated Amps all the time
