I have three different levels of EDC. I follow the simple acronym ABC. A – Always on my person, B – Backpack items, and C – Car items. Here are pictures of my A and B. Getting all the gear out of my car would be a pain.
My pocket EDC is pretty light. I don’t carry a CCW. As you can see I love the color orange. This serves two purposes. One it’s a great way to identify my gear from others, and I can easily spot my gear due to the bright orange.
NOT PICTURED: My bleed out kit and CAT Tourniquets. I carry a kit with two additional CAT TQ’s in my backpack. My electronics charging kit.
Car Items: I carry a road side emergency kit, I also have another bleed out kit with two additional CAT TQ’s, I carry an updated road atlas, a compass, I also carry a car jump kit, and spare jumper cables. This all lives in a red duffle bag inside my car.
