My 2 days old D4K suddenly stopped reacting to button press, button and aux lights are off and the only thing it does is flash like this after connecting a battery, no reaction to button press and it only does this once and then nothing until I untwist the battery cap and twist it back, then the same thing again

Looks like it’s trying to factory reset itself each time. Got another battery to test with? Also, might be worth cleaning threads.
