I got this knock off surefire, it works decent but the head is trash. Is there any heads that’ll fit the body that I could swap out to make the light brighter and add more throw?

I’m not absolutely sure what’s compatible with the scout light, but for parts that may Lego to it.
LumensFactory had a lot of e series compatible parts and adapters.
OverReady used to do a lot of P60 compatible bodies, and heads.
I haven’t been on LumensFactory site in more than a year but the last time I was they still had a lot of parts
