Howdy everyone!
I’ve been really enjoying building up my beginner flashlight collection. So far, the S2+ is probably my favourite, it’s compact, and the balance between throw and spill is just right for general night-time use. That said, the standout powerhouse in my collection is definitely the L8, with the TMO3 not far behind.
I’ve also just picked up some Molicel M35A cells (pictured) to replace my old Sanyo NCR18650A batteries.
One thing I’m unsure about: I like to keep my batteries fully charged in case of emergencies, but I’ve heard that doing so, along with frequent recharging, can reduce their lifespan. Would it be better to store them partially charged, around 3.5V, and only top them up when needed?
Thanks!

They are relatively inexpensive so I keep mine full for emergencies
But I also recently bought a big backup battery so I could stress less about it, a Jackery. Really is awesome
What led in is your s2+?
