Convoy T4 Build: “T5-L”

Replaced a broken taillight and wanted to share my glove box/work light! Here’s some specs:

– 6A driver option

– Dedomed 519a 5000k

– 60° bead TIR (20mm 3535 from Convoy)

-“1.5*21mm o-ring for thread of S2+…” fills the gap between the stock T4 lens o-ring and rim of the TIR perfectly. I don’t believe this is necessary but it looks nice and may improve water resistance?

-Glow tape behind TIR because it looks cool.

I keep Eneloops inside with some lithium primaries on standby. It’s a beast on 14500s (100% = wall of light + hand warmer mode!)
