You can shoot some wd40 in there and work it in for a bit by opening and closing. Then blow it out with compressed air, use an old toothbrush or qtip and clean the residue. Then put a drop or two of a knife oil like a 3 in 1 or something.

That’s a cool knife. Lots of men carried those on their belt when I was a kid. I always remember those as a “two handed” knife.
