Hello! This knife has horizontal carry straps, however when I wear it on my belt, one side plants downwards due to both loops being on one side of the knife. how do I fix this?

Maybe you can put a third loop in there towards the end
I dont think those are horizontal carry straps. That sheath is likely made to use those straps in conjunction with the long strap to attach to a MOLLE loop system. Its a very common mounting system for tactical vests, plate carriers, duty belts, and backpacks.
