Bought in a lot. Research shows Colonial Coon prices all over the place. Please help with Value, Rarity, type etc. Appears to be real stag handles.

Here is what Gemini told me, because I had never seen this brand before:

“Colonel Coon knives from the ‘Adrian Harris era’ are very collectible. Having the specific Ducks Unlimited etching and the Tennessee tang stamp makes it a desirable piece for both regional history buffs and knife enthusiasts.”

    And

“Based on recent sales and current listings for similar Colonel Coon Tennessee-made knives:

Excellent/Mint Condition: $225 – $325. In top condition (unused, unsharpened, with original box), these often fetch toward the higher end of this range. Stag-handled Colonel Coon knives are particularly desirable and frequently sell for over $250.

Great Condition (Light Use): $150 – $200. If the blade has been sharpened or the brass bolsters show heavy tarnish/scratches, the value will sit in this middle range.

Average User Condition: $75 – $125. If there is significant wear, blade loss, or any cracks in the stag handles.”

I would say this meets average to great condition, as there is some obvious wear.

    I hope this helps.
