No too much commentary this time. Just a few hot takes.
Amberg – blade feels the same as the Morakniv Bushcraft model. More angular, rubberized handle. Ambidextrous sheath. Added a lanyard hole. Note: in some of the pics I didn't push the sheath all the way down into the belt loop frame. I included a closeup showing the correct, locked in configuration.
Risberg – feels VERY similar to the Basic 511(c) and 456 (s). Same blade as far as I can tell. Differences: slightly upgraded handle with diamond texturing, lanyard hole added. Upgraded, ambidextrous sheath with improved thumb "ramp" for easier one-handed deployment.
Opinions: Generally speaking, these are very nice. I like the ambidextrous options. I like the Risberg grip. Ambivalent about the lanyard holes – I never use them. I love these colors, especially the tan and orange coloring of the high carbon Risberg.
One little nitpick. Both sheaths have two drain holes on the bottom, a change from the previous one hole. A fire starting trick I've used in the field is using the sheath as a portable "bellows." Blowing a focused stream of air through the little hole can really help ignite a struggling campfire. With two holes on the new sheaths, the air stream won't be as focused and you'll run out of breath sooner. See the video in my profile for a demo of what I'm talking about.
Are these massive improvements over the previous versions? Not really, unless you were waiting for ambidextrous sheaths.
But the prices for these knives are so very reasonable, its not a big deal to add a few to the collection or to buy as gifts, which I do quite often.
The text inscribed on the Amberg is the first to lines of the Scout Oath, words I try to live by, although not always successfully.

Nice group. I really like the look of that orange risberg. I also really like the look of the amberg handle. Of 4 moras I’ve purchased (one 546 koty, one 546, one 511, and one red clipper) I’ve never had one come with packaging, just knife, sheath, and generic cardboard box
