I won't say that I was a concienious objecter to the concept of lé fanny pack, but I did often think… "that won't be me".
Right? Wrong. 3.5 years post birth of my son, and here we are. I can confidently say that we're not going back either.
The convenience is incredible, and the look is well, let's be honest its still a look, but its so freeing. I can wear gym shorts and a t-shirt and have everything I genuinely carry.
The mobility one must have chasing after a toddler, and the random but frequent pick ups, lap sits, sprints, snack time requests etc are less chaotic while fully embracing this neat little package.
I feel freer, more agile and less concerned. Consider this my apology to the EDC community for all of my eye rolls seeing y'all rock this underrated piece of kit.
Still not totally on board with moving the CCW into the pack, but maybe I can be convinced.
