Usually what I carry to work (welder) everything but the utility knife and the leatherman stay in my tool box for the day. Looking for a decent flashlight that can handle a bit of abuse. I do alot of lifting at work and stuff in my pockets are subject to abuse. Any suggestions are very much appreciated!

  4. i found a streamlight wedge in the dirt and grass after the snow began to melt next to the sidewalk by my house. it was caked in dirt, soaking wet, and very beat up. brought it home and plugged it in and ive been using it for the past year. unbelievably durable. they make cheaper options that id assume are at a comparible level of quality

I’ve beat the absolute piss out of my olight arkfield and Arkpro. I dropped it in a sump pit and it lived there for almost an hour before I could get it out. I use it for a makeshift hammer on occasion. If I’m not mistaken it’s got a lifetime warranty also. Best $100 I’ve spent on a flashlight. Well I’ve spent a few hundred to get the more updated version and I keep one at home and one in my pocket all the time.
