Upgrading bearings?

I bought a Boker Kwaiken. It’s a great design, but poor execution. The bearings are, in a word, terrible. I’ve read on knife swap where sellers are talking about replacing bearings with skiffs. How does sizing work? How do I know which replacement part will fit my knife? Any guidance is appreciated.
