That black spot is on my 3x21c and I’ve already tried removing it with just a dry cotton swab, but it does nothing. I’ve heard some people recommend to use a little alcohol, does it matter which type, and is it truly safe?

Might be burn mark had a brand new torch after use had a spot then led burnt itself luckily warranty job but I could be wrong with your torch
