Thanks to everyone's help in my previous thread about the bedisde light I learned about a lot of cool brands and flashlight parameters I wasn't at all aware of.

Looking at what tempting options there are now, I slightly ditched the necessity of getting a pure bedside / night-light (a tritium fob may really just fit that bill 😅)

A lot of these kinds of "customizable" and incredibly affordable flashlights were mentioned. But my main showstopper with most of them was the lack of usb-c charging (ofc I can get a battery with port, but no, not at this point. I have no battery electronics, no batteries, and no charger. Don't want to open that can of worms now.)

Anyways I am now considering the Convoy S21E after learning that the convoy lights with side button tend to have charging ports while the back buttons don't.

The main reasons being:
* USB-C charging
* MAO (yeh, its silly, but I'd really like to have a sample of that unique material in my EDC collection 😅)
* 4000mAh (👀) seems like a decently big battery for a general household light, my Nitecore EDC25 only has 1700mAh apparently.
* Option to actually try and go for a cozy warm 3000k or lower light.
* Options to have great diffusion.

What I have in mind may not be the most versatile or specialized light, just a silly thing in between that does nothing right.
But the idea of a warm, diffuse light for the home still tempts me 😅

I am also wondering about having a warm but bright light. I have some random warm LED decorations at home and I cant imagine a 3000-2000k light being suitable to find something that rolled under a shelf. But then again i only can associate warm with dim. If it is a actually bright flashlight with 3000k, then maybe it's totally fine?

Anyways – to the point

There are a ton of options, and I'd need some advice:
* 519A LED is apparently a popular choice because of color accuracy. (Not sure how thats a thing if you go for a sub 3000k warm light, but it costs like 2$ more so why not.
* there are a ton of reflector (and glass/diffusor?) "TIR" options. What I found is that its recommended to just get a few, which I'd love to. But idk which of the "TIR" products on the website are compatible with the S21E.
* Any of the available batteries should work with the 519A from what I understand. I was going for the Samsung 4000mAh… just because. But I definitely do not understand the other options.

And ofc feel free to suggest any other options, but usb-c and that "stonewashed" kinda MAO finish are what really gets me currently ;p

4000mah? S21e can have up to 6500, or at least 6000

I would take EVE 58E battery in the S21E, unless you already have one.
