Has anybody done it?
This cave is Hang Son Doong the worlds largest cave in Vietnam.

I dont have a Laser excited phosphorus light but I know there are probably hundreds of people who wouldn’t mind letting you borrow theirs to use it at this cave.

I just want to see pictures really. Like how effectively you could really see it from a kilometer away. Im sure theres a whole collection of LEP shots somewhere on reddit but are they in a cave like this?

I would chip in a little for shipping to ship to vietnam

I rarely use my LEP but when I do I’m happy I’ve got it. For finding things without causing too much disturbance (light pollution) to the environment.

This can be urban: looking for house nr’s without shining the lights through the windows. In nature, as a spotlight to not unneccessarily flood a whole region.

Can I see use for it in a cave like that? No. A floodlight would be WAY more useful. BUT would I enjoy it? 100% and I’d sure give it a shot if I got the chance.
