I am a sucker for Multi function lights and this one ticked almost all the boxes for me, so i backed their kickstarter or whatever it was and after a few weeks this came in the mail.

Overall the light looks and feels like a quality piece, nice weight and feel to it. Size wise it's great for my hands, not too small to operate comfortably and not too big for unnoticable pocket carry.

The sidelight is alright brightness wise, although I would have liked a proper moonlight mode on it, the first step is quite bright already. and I like the UV light and the Red light (I use the red light during night shift to avoid losing my night vision)

Now for the main complaint….the scroll wheel….what a let down this is. It's very clunky to move and half the time it doesn't even work it seems, where i have to scroll 2-3 times for the lumes on the display to go up. The steps are also way to small i think where it is easier to just press the scrollwheel and go through the normal steps 50-300-700-1600lm respectively instead of 30-ish lumen intervals. I couldn't really check each step due to the foremention scrollwheel barely registering/working.

Shame really how they did so poorly on utilizing and executing the scrollwheel. Otherwise this would be a 8.5/10 light (deducting a point for no USB-C charging port), with the scrollwheel issue i am giving it a 6.5/10.

Man I learned on like 4 of my RC airplane remotes that I can’t trust scroll wheels, I don’t know why they always seem to have issues. Maybe if they made one with hall sensors or something. I get ghost clicks and double clicks when rolling them
