This was one of the first knives I bought when I started getting into knife collecting, originally it was the full blackwashed version and my idea was to turn it into reverse tux. When attempting disassembly all the screw heads completely stripped out so I attempted it without disassembly. I taped over the blade, sanded, stonewashed, and polished the handle. It came out good but the blade didn't quite look right being matte so I attempted to polish the blade a little but over-did it. It was now a shiny gray, so I polished the clip to match. I kept it like that for a while but it never felt great with the scales being soo smooth, I then got the idea to file some ridges into the scale for grip. They are not perfectly uniform but I feel like they came out pretty good for doing it by hand, and now the knife feels much better to fidget with and use.
